FULL MOUTH RECONSTRUCTION WITH CERCON CERAMIC BRIDGES ON UPPER AND LOWER JAW
We are presenting a case of one of our female patients from abroad who contacted us regarding a serious aesthetic and functional problem with her teeth. After in-depth consultation with our patient, we decided to repair all upper jaw teeth and front teeth in the lower jaw.
The decision to use a high quality Cercon bridge proved to be optimal, because her teeth now look naturally beautiful, while we also regained their full functionality.
This treatment took one visit to Zagreb that lasted for 5 working days, so our patient stayed in nice accommodation in the vicinity of our clinic. The treatment was painless, and the patient was enjoying her time in Zagreb before she left with permanent, long term prosthetic solution
FULL MOUTH RECONSTRUCTION WITH DENTAL IMPLANTS & DENTAL BRIDGES: CERCON CERAMIC BRIDGE FOR FULL UPPER JAW (12 TEETH) AND METAL CERAMIC BRIDGE FOR FULL LOWER JAW (12 TEETH)
The patient had a physical face trauma that affected her teeth badly and left her with extremely dysfunctional and aesthetically unacceptable teeth. This situation required an X-ray, and a 3D scan, which proved that she was an eligible patient for dental implants. The first phase of the treatment was to extract all upper jaw teeth and dysfunctional teeth on the lower jaw. Then, we positioned 6 implants (Bego Semados) in the upper jaw and 4 implants (Bego Semados) in the lower jaw. The treatments were painless. The patient received temporary dental prosthesis, so she could immediately regain all professional and social activities and function impeccably in the period of osseointegration. Four months later, the implants were fully integrated and ingrown with the bone, so we removed the temporary prosthesis and put fixed ceramic bridges. The patient opted for 12 metal ceramic crowns in the upper and 12 metal ceramic crowns in the lower jaw.
The teeth are fully functional, and the patient finally regained the aesthetically pleasing result that not only enhanced her dental situation, but the overall facial aesthetics.
TEETH RESTORATION AND SMILE MAKEOVER WITH 4 IMPLANTS AND METAL CERAMIC BRIDGE FOR THE UPPER AND LOWER JAW
The situation of this gentleman who came for a dental treatment in our clinic from abroad was quite problematic. He suffered from progenia, which means that his lower jaw was falling in front of the upper jaw. This prevented him from having a normal, functional bite, which additionally led to the abrasion of all teeth in the upper and lower jaws, as they had not been aligned properly. The patient was also dissatisfied with the aesthetic aspect of his teeth, as they were chipped, discoloured and uneven. In his first arrival, the patient had three teeth extracted, 2 in the upper jaw and 1 in the lower jaw. We placed 2 implants as future holders of Cercon bridges. The treatment was painless, and the patient had to wait for 4 months for the implants to become ingrown with the bone. In his second visit, four months after the first arrival, we prepared the teeth and made a circular bridge with 12 crowns for the upper and another one for the lower jaw. The patient opted for metal ceramic crowns. Overall, four months after the first arrival, the patient got fixed ceramic bridges that were completely functional, with aligned teeth, enabling him to chew properly, with the extremely satisfying aesthetic effect.
FULL MOUTH RECONSTRUCTION WITH ALL-ON-4 FOR THE UPPER JAW, AND 4 IMPLANTS & METAL CERAMIC BRIDGE ON THE LOWER JAW
The patient comes from abroad with a serious problem of periodontal disease in the phase of periodontitis – which was making him lose his teeth, leaving him with bad and dysfunctional teeth.
In the first arrival, we extracted almost all the teeth. After in-depth consultation and examination, the best solution to his problem proved to be All-on-4 method for the upper jaw, which means that we put the implants and placed temporary denture on them, so the patient could return home and regain his functional and social activities. For the lower jaw, the patient had 4 implants placed and metal ceramic bridges were made to enable normal functionality and aesthetics of his teeth and face. The treatment was painless, and the patient stayed in Zagreb for 3 days.
As implants need to become ingrown with the bone, the patient had to return four months after the first visit. This time, we replaced the temporary dental prosthesis with the fixed metal ceramic bridge on both jaws. In the second, and final phase of the treatment plan, the patient stayed in Zagreb for 5 days before returning home.
FULL MOUTH RECONSTRUCTION WITH ALL-ON-4 BEGO SEMADOS IMPLANT SYSTEM FOR EACH JAW
The patient arrived worried about his advanced periodontal gum disease, which was slowly making his teeth wobbly and loose. His upper jaw needed a new bridge, as the one he came with had been worn out. The best option for his situation was full mouth reconstruction, which required full mouth extraction followed by All-on-4 Bego Semados implant system placed on both jaws. The patient returned home with implants and temporary dental prosthesis after 3 days spent in Zagreb. It takes around four months for the implants to become ingrown with the bone, so the patient came back to the clinic at the arranged time, and we completed his full mouth reconstruction with fixed ceramic bridges. The patient was ecstatic because we provided him with temporary denture right after teeth extraction and dental implants placement, so he could function normally in his private and professional life. Only four months later, he came for the fixed ceramic bridges. We completed the final phase of the treatment in 5 working days. The patient is now happy with his not only strong and functional, but also beautiful and healthy looking teeth.
Our reviews
FULL MOUTH RECONSTRUCTION WITH 5 IMPLANTS AND CERAMIC BRIDGES
The gentleman approached us with advanced periodontitis and expressed a desire to improve the chewing and aesthetic function of his teeth. Clinical examination and X-ray analysis indicated the need to extract 6 teeth. In order to prepare the base for the ceramic bridges, it was necessary to install 5 implants; 3 in the upper jaw and 2 in the lower jaw. Temporary teeth were placed to allow the patient to function normally in the period of osseointegration, which is a period in which the implants fuse with the bone. The patient stayed for 2 working days in Zagreb for this procedure. Four months later, once the implants integrated with the bone, the patient returned to complete the therapy. We completed the full mouth reconstruction with two bridges – one for the upper, and the other for the lower jaw. The material this gentleman opted for was metal ceramics. It took 5 working days to complete the final phase of his treatment.
His teeth are now strong and functional, while the aesthetics of his new teeth correspond to his facial features, adding a rejuvenating effect to the overall looks.
DENTAL IMPLANT THERAPY AND CERAMIC BRIDGES FOR FULL MOUTH DENTAL RESTORATION
The patient contacted us worried about advanced periodontitis, expressing a desire for strong and beautiful teeth. Following a clinical examination and an insight into the patient’s X-ray, the doctor created a treatment plan that would bring the desired results. In the first phase, 7 teeth were extracted, and 3 implants were placed to create a strong support for the ceramic bridges. The patient stayed 3 days in Zagreb.
The patient returned 4 months later, for the final phase of his dental therapy. As he needed full mouth restoration, we completed it with ceramic bridges, one for each jaw. The patient opted for metal ceramic bridges. He stayed 5 days in Zagreb.
The patient is ecstatic with the achieved results because he got strong, new teeth that look natural, beautiful, and healthy.
FULL MOUTH RESTORATION WITH 7 IMPLANTS AND TWO FIXED CERAMIC BRIDGES
The lady approached us, unhappy with the aesthetics of her teeth, and expressed concern about advanced periodontitis that had already affected her gums.
To meet her desire for functional teeth with a healthy and attractive appearance, in the first part of the treatment we extracted 11 teeth and placed 7 implants. We also provided her with temporary teeth, to allow her to continue with her personal and professional activities. This part of the treatment took 2 working days.
Four months later, we scheduled her for the final phase of the therapy. As part of her full mouth restoration, we completed the therapy with two fixed ceramic bridges, one for each jaw. It took 5 working days to complete the last phase of the treatment.
The patient is extremely satisfied with both functional and aesthetic aspect of her teeth. Additional value she got is rejuvenating effect, as her face now looks fresher and younger.
DENTAL RESTORATION WITH 8 IMPLANTS AND 2 CERAMIC BRIDGES
This young patient approached us with a serious dental problem – almost all of her teeth were bad, broken or damaged by cavities, except for the front teeth – from canine to canine, which were the only ones that remained healthy. Overall appearance of her teeth was unsatisfying and she didn’t have full functionality. Considering her desire for beautiful, strong teeth that would reflect her youthful years, we had to proceed with the extraction of 12 damaged teeth. Additionally, we placed 8 implants, which would later serve as proper support for ceramic dental bridges. The patient stayed in Zagreb for 2 days and the treatments were completely painless. Four months later, once the osseointegration process was completed and her implants became ingrown with the bone, we scheduled her for the final phase of the therapy. The patient chose Cercon ceramic for her bridges because Cercon is natural looking, beautiful and strong. As a result, we made 2 circular bridges, each with 12 units, for full mouth reconstruction. This required the patient to stay in Zagreb for 5 working days. The procedures were painless and the patient enjoyed her time here.
Now, the patient has strong, natural, healthy, and aesthetically pleasing teeth which are in harmony with her age and facial features.
FULL MOUTH RECONSTRUCTION WITH 11 IMPLANTS AND TWO FIXED DENTAL CERAMIC BRIDGES
The patient contacted us with a poor condition and appearance of his teeth, expressing a desire for functional and beautiful teeth to feel more confident and to be able to function normally in all occasions. Considering the number of missing teeth and the poor condition of the remaining ones, the doctor decided to extract 8 teeth and place 11 implants. These implants would serve as support for bridges in the next phase of the therapy, simultaneously preserving the gum tissue from recession. It took 2 working days to finish the first phase of this painless therapy.
We scheduled the patient for the final phase of the therapy after 4 months, during which the implants fused with the bone, providing a strong foundation for prosthetic work. According to the patient’s preferences, we made two fixed circular ceramic bridges, one for each jaw, which completes his full mouth reconstruction.
Now, his bite is strong, his smile is beautiful, and the appearance of his face is rejuvenated, which positively influenced his self-esteem.

FULL MOUTH RECONSTRUCTION WITH 1 IMPLANT AND CERAMIC BRIDGES
The patient approached us unhappy with the appearance and bad quality of her teeth. In the upper jaw, she had an old worn-out ceramic bridge that needed to be replaced. In the lower jaw, she had no teeth at the back, which are crucial for chewing. The remaining teeth were uneven, discoloured, and decayed, requiring a complete dental reconstruction.
In the first phase of the dental therapy, we extracted a tooth in the upper jaw and placed an implant in the lower jaw to create a solid base for the ceramic bridge. The implant therapy was painless, and the patient could continue with her personal and business activities. In the second phase of the therapy, 4 months after the implant integrated with the bone, we proceeded to create circular dental bridges for both jaws. The patient opted for metal ceramic bridges, which provide strength, stability, and aesthetics. The bridges were fixed within a week, and our patient got strong, beautiful and healthy looking teeth. The patient is extremely satisfied with both the aesthetics and function of her new teeth. The added value of this work is a rejuvenating effect and a refreshed facial appearance.

FULL MOUTH RECONSTRUCTION WITH 8 IMPLANTS AND TWO DENTAL BRIDGES
The lady contacted us from abroad in search of a long-term solution for her situation. In the upper jaw, she was completely toothless, which was preventing her from proper chewing. It affected the aesthetics of her face, contributing to older appearance. In the lower jaw, she had a few remaining teeth that we had to extract as they were weakened due to periodontal disease. Periodontitis makes teeth wobbly and unsuitable to act as a support of the ceramic crowns or bridges.
In the first part of the reconstructive dental therapy, we extracted all remaining teeth in the lower jaw and placed 4 dental implants in each jaw. The patient did not experience any pain or discomfort during or after the dental treatments. We completed the first part of her therapy in just two working days. The patient returned after 4 months. The implants had integrated with the bone and we could finally finish the last part of the treatment – overdenture.
First, we fixed a bar to the implants. We also made acrylic overdentures and attached them to the bar. The advantage of this solution is the ease of oral hygiene and overdenture maintenance. Dental overdentures are a long-term solution for toothless jaws, and our patients often choose this type of dental work.
FULL MOUTH RESTORATION WITH 6 IMPLANTS AND TWO FIXED CERAMIC BRIDGES
The patient approached us seeking a full mouth dental reconstruction. The upper jaw was affected by periodontitis, with loose, unstable teeth. Therefore, it was necessary to extract them and place 6 implants that could easily bear the load of a circular dental bridge. In the lower jaw, one inadequate tooth was extracted, and the remaining teeth, although uneven and discoloured, were strong enough to serve as a support for a fixed bridge to enhance the functionality and appearance of the teeth.
Four months later, we proceeded to the final phase of the therapy, a long-lasting dental prosthetic work. For this reconstruction, two circular bridges made of metal-ceramic material were crafted.
The patient is extremely satisfied with the results. Metal-ceramic bridges resemble natural teeth, chewing function is restored, and there is an outstanding aesthetic effect with an additional rejuvenating impact, which is always welcome.
During the first phase of the procedure, the patient stayed in Zagreb for two working days, and during the second phase, for five working days.
FULL MOUTH RECONSTRUCTION WITH 9 IMPLANTS AND CERAMIC BRIDGES
The patient approached us with a desire for beautiful and functional teeth, facing an initial issue of periodontitis, a common problem shared by many of our patients. Periodontitis leads to loose and unstable teeth, aesthetically unsatisfactory with weakened functionality. As a long-term solution, we opted for implant-prosthetic therapy.
In the first phase of the therapy, we extracted six teeth in each jaw. We placed six implants in the upper jaw and three in the lower jaw. The procedure was painless for the patient, who followed our post-treatment instructions and returned to his daily activities.
To complete the reconstruction of the teeth, we had to wait for the implants to fuse with the bone. Therefore, we scheduled the patient for the final phase of the procedure three months after implant placement. We proceeded to create metal-ceramic circular bridges and fixed them in both jaws.
The patient is extremely satisfied with the outcome of the therapy. His new teeth are strong and beautiful, restoring chewing function, and his new smile has brought back his lost confidence.

FULL MOUTH RECONSTRUCTION WITH 6 IMPLANTS AND TWO DENTAL BRIDGES
The lady approached us with a problem of partial tooth loss in the distal part of the upper and lower jaws, leading to improper chewing function. The frontal teeth in both the upper and lower jaws were uneven and aesthetically unsatisfactory. She expressed a desire to have beautiful, straight, and above all, functional teeth. The first step was the placement of implants that would serve as support for ceramic bridges, ensuring a long-term solution. Therefore, four dental implants were placed in the upper jaw, and two in the lower jaw. Since the patient is in daily contact with people, we created temporary teeth, known as the “social six,” which involves temporary teeth in the front part of the jaw.
Implants typically require several months to fuse with the bone, so the patient was scheduled for the final phase of therapy three months after the implant placement. In this final phase, we proceeded to the fabrication and installation of circular metal-ceramic bridges for each jaw. Hygiene for ceramic bridges follows the same procedure as natural teeth, involving regular brushing, care, and scheduled dentist check-ups. The patient is extremely satisfied with her new teeth because she finally has proper chewing function, and she is thrilled with the aesthetics as her teeth are now beautiful and adapted in size and color, perfectly complementing her face. Dental reconstruction like this always has additional value – a rejuvenating effect, as harmonious teeth that fit the facial features always enhance appearance and contribute to greater self-confidence.
FULL MOUTH RECONSTRUCTION WITH 8 IMPLANTS AND TWO DENTAL BRIDGES
The gentleman contacted us from abroad with an issue of both aesthetic and functional nature. Due to partial tooth loss and the poor condition of the remaining teeth and gums, the patient opted for a reconstructive procedure to fulfil his desire for beautiful and strong teeth. In the first phase of the therapy, it was necessary to extract four teeth in the upper jaw and five teeth in the lower jaw. Subsequently, we placed implants to serve as proper support for ceramic bridges – four implants in the upper jaw and four implants in the lower jaw. The procedure was painless and we crafted temporary bridges, safeguarding the appearance and tooth function throughout the process.
The temporary teeth were made from a special material, acrylic, which is lightweight and does not burden the implants during the integration phase with the bone. Since it takes several months for the implants to integrate with the patient’s bone, it was important for our patient to have temporary teeth that allowed him to function smoothly. Three months after implant placement, the patient returned for the final phase of tooth reconstruction. In this stage, we crafted two circular bridges made of metal-ceramic, securing them to the strong and stable implants. Such treatment is an ideal solution, providing patients with a natural, beautiful appearance and strong, fully functional teeth.
FULL MOUTH RECONSTRUCTION WITH 7 IMPLANTS AND TWO DENTAL BRIDGES
The patient approached us due to an extremely poor condition of her teeth. Besides being non-functional, they greatly affected the aesthetics of her face. As the patient engages in daily interactions with people, it was crucial for her to have teeth that harmonize with her facial features. In the first part of the treatment, we extracted five teeth in the upper jaw and four teeth in the lower jaw. Subsequently, we placed five implants in the upper jaw and two in the lower jaw. Through strategic planning and positioning of the implants and by taking into account the good condition of some of the patient’s natural teeth, we laid the foundation for dental bridges. The extraction of teeth and implant placement proceeded smoothly and painlessly for the patient.
Three months later, the patient was scheduled for the final phase. At this stage, the implants had already integrated with the bone, allowing us to load them with fixed bridges. Due to the complexity of this reconstructive work, we opted for metal-ceramic circular bridges, each with 12 units, to provide not only exceptional aesthetic results but also functional teeth for the patient. The lady is very pleased with the results and confidently returns to her daily activities.
